Melting Pot: 10 locations, 100 people

"The world citizens of the Youth House also had a fantastic evening. What a wonderful evening we all cooked and ate together. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Who knows until next year."

Marcel Berends, Youth HouseTheme: Living together in neighborhoods and districts
Match: 10 social organizations and 10 companies
What: Cooking, talking and learning from each other at one of the 10 locations. Companies meet clients and employees of social organizations.

Starting at 5 p.m., 10 groups, consisting of employees of Eindhoven companies and employees and clients of social institutions, came together at 9 locations in the city. Led by TV chef Mounir Toub (known from 24Kitchen), they cooked and ate together, using ingredients from a mystery box. These Melting Pot dinners brought more than 100 people together. This was not just about the cooking. But about the meeting. Talking to each other while cooking, sharing experiences and backgrounds. Now that's social impact!
