For a year, ICS will coach the Welfare New Beginning Foundation in Eindhoven. The foundation provides meetings between people and organizations in the neighborhood. By participating in the initiative Samen voor Eindhoven (Together for Eindhoven), ICS, together with other companies, is committed to a closer society. By making connections between companies and social organizations, we show commitment through the deployment of knowledge, skills and employees. Prejudices disappear, differences are reduced and we enrich each other.

For a year, ICS will coach Foundation Welfare New Beginning . "We started by mapping out the dream of the founders of this organization: creating a self-reliant society, in which everyone regardless of origin, gender and background has the opportunity to develop personally and discover their own strengths," said Bart van der Sluijs (general manager ICS Groep b.v.).

Stichting Welzijn New Beginning creates encounters between people and organizations in the neighborhood by organizing (leisure) activities and providing training, courses and information meetings. In this way, the foundation contributes to togetherness, integration, awareness and equality. Bart: "As community coach, my goal is to increase the foundation's reach and ensure a greater social impact. Together we look for (financial) resources, opportunities and volunteers."
