"Creating a movement in which 7,000 professionals in the Eindhoven region put their talent, knowledge, heart or hands to work for a closer society.". Will you help us realize our dream? Currently we are looking for a:

Intermediary in corporate social responsibility

Many companies have a heart for society. They gladly and consciously do their bit. For example, by making knowledge available or by rolling up their sleeves. This is also necessary. Many social organizations in the Brainport region lack manpower, expertise and resources to carry out their tasks every day. That is what our Foundation Together for Eindhoven, initiator of Brainport for Each Other, is there for.

As an intermediary, you work independently within a foundation that matches about 3,000 corporate volunteers annually. The Intermediary ensures an optimal match between demand from the social organization and supply from these corporate partners with volunteers. That match can be made on the basis of head (knowledge), heart (attention) or hands (job). In doing so, each activity strives to provide a transformative experience for the corporate volunteer.

With quality and enthusiasm, a high level of partner satisfaction is created on the one hand, and on the other hand, a basis to connect new civil society organizations and companies.

The challenges
  • Every day we work on a movement that makes society closer and better. We bring people together and give them the opportunity to contribute to the UN Global Goals in the Brainport region.
  • We already mobilized some 15,000 employees from companies to share their time and knowledge with nonprofit organizations. That's great, but the potential is many times greater, so that's what we're going for.

Will you help us make our dream come true?

"What would it be like if we all gave one day to Eindhoven? What would the city look like then?"

Every day we bring two worlds (the profit and non-profit world) together. Every day we share special encounters. The differences between these worlds become smaller, prejudices disappear, we build bridges to each other and we enrich each other. What does this mean for a homeless person, a refugee and for a company? In this film both parties are addressed. The documentary 'ONE DAY' is made by our graduates Jim and Koen.

Vlog with Theo Maassen who donated his warm winter coat to homeless people in Eindhoven.

In 2019, actor, cabaret artist and committed Eindhoven resident Theo Maassen volunteered to participate in the annual 'coat campaign' GIVE A coat, HEAT A HEART. Below we recorded our then digital marketing intern Cristina provided the vlog with subtitles, among other things. Thanks to this video on our social media channels, there was a lot of publicity for this action. Theo, thanks again!
